TBT #3

The first time I heard this song, I was a freshman in high school. The year was 1988. I signed up to be on the Special Events committee at school with a friend of mine. One of our first responsibilities was setting up for our first school dance. I can still remember showing up early and walking into the empty gym and this song was playing - it was the coolest feeling. One of the other committee members was using a special ladder to hang decorations on the basketball nets and he quickly came down and introduced himself. This was also the time that I developed my first high school crush...on a senior named Todd...sigh...
